RESOLUTION 1988-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
CARROLLTON 2ND ADDITION FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has approved the Carrollton 2nd
Addition Concept PUD/Preliminary Plat; and
WHEREAS, a PUD Final Development Plan for Carrollton 2nd
Addition has been approved by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount has
recommended approval of the Carrollton 2nd Addition final plat.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of Rosemount hereby approves the Carrollton 2nd Addition final
plat, subject to an executed Subdivision Development Agreement.
