The section of property of concern is the 208 foot-by-208 foot parcel at the northwest corner (Sketch 1). Changing the configuration to that shown in Sketch 2, provides the following beneficial affects: o The distance between the wells increases from 150 feet to 325 feet; o The length of the access road to the wells decreases from 380 feet to 240 feet and less road remains on the property of the leasee and o Possibilities decrease that the supply well, well house or hydropneumatic tank will interfere with the baseball field. Once the boundaries of the property are located, the exact position of these proposed relocations can be determined. Drilling and testing of the northwest supply well is scheduled to begin January 27, 1988. The second well will be drilled after interpretation of the data accumulated during testing of the first well and after the configuration of the property is determined. I look forward to receiving your response regarding this matter. Sincerely, DELTA ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, INC.
