Gentlemen:
Staff was to present, for your consideration, RFP's
(Requests For Proposals) on receiving recommendations for the
following:
1) Location and number of fire station
facilities in the city of Rosemount
2) Public Works facilities - both size and
location
3) Fire and Police administration whether or
not the two departments should be combined
administratively
I am putting the presentation of these off until the
February 16th meeting for two reasons:
a) Because of the snow storm on January 19th the
amount of business to attend to at this
February 2nd meeting has become extensive,
and
b) On two of the items, 2) and 3) above, I would
like to hold more discussion with staff
before making any further recommendations to
you.
No formal action is necessary on this subject.
