PUBLIC HEARING - VACATE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS/WENSMANN Herb Wensmann, Developer of Wensmann Addition, has decided to drop the request to vacate drainage and utility easements on 'Lots 1-9, Block 4, Wensmann Addition. The Council may recall the reason for vacating the easements was to have eliminated one lot and to create eight wider lots which would accommodate larger homes. Apparantly this decision was made by other family members while Mr. Wensmann was vacationing. Apparantly upon his return to the area Mr. Wensmann decided that the current lot configuration will adequately meet his building needs and therefore does not wish to pursue replatting of Lots 1-9, Block 4 Even though this request for vacation of easements has been dropped the Public Hearing must be opened, and comments from the public, if any, must be heard.
