O'Leary's Hills 4th Addition Utility and Street Improvements
Staff received a petition from the Developer of the O'Leary's Hills 4th Addition
for the installation of public utilities and streets within his development. The
copy of the petition the Developer is submitting is attached along with the
appropriate legal description and location sketch.
Staff would recommend Council receive the petition and order our Consulting
Engineers to prepare a feasibility report for Project #184, O'Leary's Hills 4th
Addition Utility and Street Improvements.

Public Improvements Petition
Dear Sirs:
Parkview, Inc., petitions to the City of Rosemount to design, install and
assess public improvements consisting of streets, curbs, sanitary sewer and
water in the O'Leary's Hills Fourth Addition, a single family subdivision, in
the City of Rosemount. Parkview, Inc., to do off site grading.
Parkview, Inc., agrees to pay the City's out-of-pocket expenses in the
planning of this project. We are looking forward to working with the City on
this project.
