This petition is for the construction of Shannon Parkway within this proposed development. The developed area represents 100% of the property owners affected by this proposed project. I would recommend that Council accept the petition and order the preparation of a feasibility report, by our Consulting Engineers, subject to Councils approval of the preliminary plat, which is to be considered at the April 5, 1988 meeting also.
