Receive Petition/Order Feasibility Report, Shannon Parkway North Street
Improvements, Project #185
Attached is a petition signed by the owner of the proposed Shannon Oaks
development. This petition is for the construction of Shannon Parkway within
this proposed development. The developed area represents 100% of the property
owners affected by this proposed project. I would recommend that Council accept
the petition and order the preparation of a feasibility report, by our Consulting
Engineers, subject to Councils approval of the preliminary plat, which is to be
considered at the April 5, 1988 meeting also.

and agreeto pay for all costs for the preparation of the
