Approval of Membership / Grievance Committee, Fire DepartmentROSEMOUNT VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA 55068 14bv &A/ TO: Steve Jilk, Administrator/Clerk, FROM: Scott Aker, Fire Chief DATE: April 4, 1988 RE: Membership/Grievance Committee At the March meeting of the Rosemount Fire Department, in keeping with the bylaws, the following persons were appointed by the Chief and approved by the membership to serve on the Membership/Grievance Committee: -Ron Johnson Mark Evenson Dan Corrigan Gene Swanson Denny Hanvelt The Fire Department would look to the City Council to ratify this action. lj 1 �DD0A1y AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this nd day of —April-- , 1988 by and between the CITY OF ROSEMOUNT, a Minnesota municipal corporation, hereinafter the "City"; and hereinafter the "Owner", whether one or more. WHEREAS, the City seeks permission and authorization to use, for the purpose of fire and police training, remain pro- perty of the owner located at �i7Sp ,1�n c+rpp+ F Rsm_ ' City of Rosemount, Dakota County, Minnesota, hereinafter the Property" and WHEREAS, it is contemplated by the City to eventually cause the building or buildings located on the Property to be burned under the supervision of the City Fire Department in connection with training; and WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to grant permission for the above stated purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above and other good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: 1. The owner grants permission to the City to enter the Property for the purpose of conducting fire and police training including, but not limited to, the burning of any buildings located on the Property. This permission shall terminate on June 1e 1488 2. The owner waives any claims for damages to the Property and agrees to cancel any fire insurance on the property within
