SU'UaM: Application for 3.2 nonintoxicating liquor licenses
During each of the tournaments this summer managers of
softball teams and/or members of service organizations from
the ocnmunity sell concessions. This does include 3.2 beer.
A license is required frcm the city council authorizing them
to sell beer. Rather than each of the tournament directors
applying for a license I have am piled a list of all of the
tournaments and am requesting approval under one motion by
council for them. This has been a policy followed in Past
years and serves to simplify the application process for the
council members.
The tournament directors are then required to show proof of
insurance for selling beer as well as to pay the license fee.
They take care of this with the deputy clerk, Susan Johnson,
and the licenses are finally approved for "use' by my office.
The following is a list of the dates that I have at this time
where licenses will be requested:
APRIL 22. 23. 24 WIRES TOURNA,,zuP
