Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a Spaoi.al Council Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Rosemount was duly held on Tuesday, April 26, 1988, at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
.Acting Mayor Walsh celled the meeting to order with Councilmembers Oxborough
and Wippermann present. Mayor Hoke and Councilmember Napper were absent.
Acting Mayor Walsh led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Acting Mayor Walsh explained that the purpose of the meeting was to allow
Dakota County to hold the Board of Review Meeting in the City of Rosemount.
He introduced Bill Peterson, Dakota County Assessor's Department, and turned
the meeting over to the county.
The administrator./clerk had in his presence the Affidavit of Publication. See
Clerk's File 1988-12.
Mr. Peterson gave a brief introduction on the purpose and procedure of the
meeting.
Administrator. Stephan Jilk presented Mr. Peterson with the absentee owner
petitions .received by city staff. The administrator advised these petitions
will be placed on file. See Clerk's File 1988-12.
MOTION by Walsh to adjourn. SECOND by Wipparmann. Ayes: 3. Nays: 0.
