O'Leary's Hills 4th Addition Street & Utility Improvements, City Project #184�fLm ****************************************MEMO************************************ DATE: MAY 13, 1988 TO: MAYOR & COUNCILMEMBERS C/O ADMINISTRATOR SILK - FROM: CITY ENGINEER/PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR HEFTI RE: ITEM FOR THE MAY 17, 1988 COUNCIL AGENDA PUBLIC HEARING O'Leary's Hills 4th Addition Street & Utility Improvements Project #184 On April 19, 1988 Council received the feasibility report and set the public hearing to consider the street and utility improvements within the proposed O'Leary's Hills 4th Addition. We have published the necessary legal notices of this hearing and also mailed the legal notices to the affected property owners. Our Consulting Engineer will be present to give a brief presentation regarding this project. The total cost of this project for utilities, street construction and street lighting amounts to $273,000. Of this amount about $24,000 is for oversizing of the sanitary sewer and will be a responsibility of the sanitary sewer core facility fund. The remaining amount, $249,000, will be spread equally over the 31 lots in the project area for a total estimated assessment of $8,030 per lot.
