7b. SOUTH ROBERT SQUARE - FINAL PLAT
A preliminary plat for the South Robert Square retail project was
approved in May of 1987 by the City Council. The lot
configuration has changed somewhat on the final plat due to
changes in the square footage of the structures and changes in
the future ownership of the various lots. To be certain that lot
lines on the final plat accurrately reflect the structure's
location the final plat was not drawn until the footings of the
buildings were in place.
Community Development Staff will further explain the lot
configuration shown on the final plat at the meeting and will
also will provide Council with Planning Commission
recommendations. Included with this memo is a copy of the South
Robert Square final plat and a copy of the Resolution required
for approval.

A Resolution Approving The
South Robert Square Final Plat
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has approved the South Robert
Square preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount has
reviewed and forwarded its recommendations on the South Robert
Square final plat.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of Rosemount hereby approves the South Robert Square final plat.
Adopted this 11th day of May, 1988.
