Approve Change Order #1 for 130th Street/Jay Simon Addition
City Contract 1985-4
This change order is for additional work the contractor performed which was not
included in the original scope of the contract. This work resulted from an
oversight of our Consulting Engineers in underestimating the mount arra type of
restoration that was necessary for this project. When Council directed our
Consultants to include this work in the project last suKnner our Consultants
agreed to reimburse the City 50% of this cost.
The action for Council to consider is to approve Change Order #1 in the amount of
$10,481.75 to City Contract 1985-4 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute all related documents.
