Approve Final Payment for 130th Street/Jay Simon Street Improvement Project
City Project #152
The Contractor for this project, Bituminous Roadways, has completed all work
associated with this project. Our Consulting Engineers have inspected this
project and found it to be in accordance with City Standards and are recommending
final payment and acceptance of this project.
We do have Waiver of Mechanic Liens from the subcontractors along with the
Minnesota Department of Revenue Final Settlement of Contract forms.
Recommended action for Council to consider should be to approve the final payment
and accept the street for perpetual maintenance.
