PUBLIC HEARINGS
Shannon Oaks Street Improvement, City Project 0185
At the May 3, 1988 Council meeting Council received the feasibility report for
the construction of streets within the Shannon Oaks development. Council then
set the Public Hearing to be held to consider these improvements on June 7, 1988.
All public notices have been mailed to affected property owners and public and
legal newspapers.
A representative from our Consulting firm will be here to present a brief summary
of this project including estimated cost and proposed assessments.
Upon closing the public hearing the recommended action for Council to take would
be to approve this project and order the preparation of plans and specifications.

RESOLUTION 1988 -
A RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR
SHANNON OAKS, CITY PROJECT #185
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a
petition and by a unanimous vote ordered a feasibility report for
street improvements to Shannon Oaks; and
WHEREAS; the City Council has received and accepted the
feasibility report on City Project X6185; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and held a public hearing to
receive input on the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Rosemount hereby orders the construction of.street
improvements in the Shannon Oaks known as City Project 66185.
ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1988.

FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN
SHANNON OAKS, CITY PROJECT #185
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a
petition by a unanimous vote ordered a feasibility report for
street improvements to Shannon Oaks; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the
feasibility report on City Project #185; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and held a public hearing to
receive input on the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Rosemount hereby orders the plans and specifications for the
construction of street improvements in the Shannon Oaks known as
City Project #185.
ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1988.
