Receive Petition/Order Feasibility Report for Shannon Parkway and Connemara
Trail Utilities and Street Improvements, City Project
We have received a request from U. S. Homes Senior Vice President Lee Johnson to
consider the completion of the Shannon Parkway -Connemara Trail loop with
utilities and street construction and also -the paving and curb and gutter of
Shannon Parkway only to just north of Dalmatian Path. Also included in the
request was the construction of the sanitary sewer lift station at the end of
Dart Place.
While I do not have the petition for these improvements at this time, I have
mailed them out and expect to have them back by the Council meeting. I am
attaching a copy of the letter of request and also a sketch of the proposed
location of the improvements.
Recommended action for Council to consider would be to accept the petition and
authorize our Consulting Engineer to prepare a feasibility report for Project
#189, Shannon Parkway and Connemara Trail Utilities and Street Improvements.
