RESET ROSEHAVEN ADDITION PRELIMINARY PLAT/CONCEPT PUD

City Council had previously set a Public Hearing date of July 5th
for the Rosehaven Preliminary Plat/Concept Planned Unit
Development. As the Council members and Mayor are aware the
principal component of the Rosehaven project is a 63,000 square
foot retail mall. Staff error in missing a publication deadline
has required that this hearing be rescheduled to July 19, 1988 in
order to meet legal requirements of publication of the Public
Notice of this hearing at least ten days prior to the meeting.
Based on anticipation of a full Council agenda it is being
requested that City Council set this hearing for 7:00 p.m. on
July 19th. Because there will probably be considerable
discussion of this project it was assumed that an earlier hearing
time would help facilitate moving through the remainder of the
agenda more rapidly.
