4g. Accept Petition/Order Feasibility Report, City Project 190
Shannon Hills Utility & Street Improvements
The developers of the proposed Shannon Hills Addition is petitioning for
installation of public utilities and streets for the first phase. This petition
represents 100% of the affected property owners.
Recommended Council action is to receive the petition and order our Consulting
Engineer firm to prepare a feasibility report for City Project 190, Shannon Hills
Utilities and Streets Improvements.
