RE: Temporary On -Sale 3.2% Beer License
The City has received an application for temporary on -sale 3.2%
beer license from the organization, Dakota County 40 & 8, Voiture
1457. As in past years, this group would like to sell beer as
part of their Chicken B -B -Q at the American Legion during
Leprechaun Week.
Staff.has received the $15.00 license fee and a certificate of
insurance for liquor liability.
I recommend Council action to approve the Application for an On -
Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License for July 30 and July 31,
1988, and allow a license be issued to Dakota County 40 & 8,
Voiture 1457.
