Staff is recommending that this project be incorporated into one Contract with the Hawkins Pond project because both are in the same area and one contractor could coordinate activities much better, resulting in more efficient cost. Recommended action for Council to take would be to authorize Project #181 to be bid as a part of City Contract 1988-2 and set the bid opening date that 'Friday, August 12, 1988 at 10:00 a.m.
