4.j. SET REZONING HEARING DATE - SHANNON OAKS ADDITION
Mr. John Houston, President of Great Stock Corporation has requested that the
proposed Shannon Oaks subdivision be rezoned from Agriculture to Rural
Residential concurrent with Final Plat approval. The proposed subdivision is in
conformance with the Shannon Oaks Preliminary Plat and the rezoning will
conform to the City of Rosemount Comprehensive Guide Plan. Community
Development Staff recommends that City Council set a Public Hearing date for
rezoning of the proposed Shannon Oaks subdivision for August 1.6, 1988 at 8:00
p.m.
