4.k. SET REZONING HEARING DATE - O'LEARY'S HILLS FOURTH ADDITION
Mr. Steve Broback of Parkview, Inc. has requested the rezoning of the proposed
O'Leary's HillsFourth Addition from Agriculture to R-1 Single Family
Residential O'Leary's Hills Fourth Addition is in conformance with the
O'Leary's Hills Preliminary Plat/Planned Unit Development Plan and the proposed
rezoning is in conformance with the City of Rosemount Comprehensive Guide
Plan. Community Development Staff recommends that City Council set a Public
Hearing date for rezoning of the proposed Shannon Oaks subdivision for August
16, 1988 at 8:00 p.m.
