Received Feasibility Report/Order Public Hearing far Chippendale Avenue
Improvements
Our Consultants have completed the feasibili.ty report for Ghippendale Avenue
Street Improvements and a copy of which will be distributed at the meeting for
Councils reference. Our Cansultants have found this �,roject feasible from an
engineering standpoint and I would recommend that Counca�l set a publie hearing
date for October 4, 1988 at 8:00 p.m. in accordance with the attached resolution.

A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT OF GITY PROJECT #19I,
CHIPPENDALE AVENUE STREET IMPROVErtENTS, AND CALLING FOR
PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER T�iE PROJEGT
WHEREAS, the Gity Council deemed it necessary and expedient that the City of
Rosemount, Alinnesota, constxuct certain icnprovements, t�=wit: City Project 1�191,
Chippendale Avenue Street Improvemenks, in the City as �3escribecl in ancl in
accordance with the feasibility report prepared by Short-Elliatt-Hendrickson,
Inc., Copsulting Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Const�ltinp, Fn�ineers tllat sai.ci
street improvements, City Project �191 , is feasit�le, ancl should best t�e macie �s
pro�osed, and the Consu2li.r�� rn�;ir�ccrs' r.eporC lo f.l�.i., eC('ec•t lr�s 1►�rel.�>fore l�rc�►i
received by Council, and filed with tlie 1lclmi.nistrator/Cler.lc oti Sept.emljer G, 1988;
and
WHEREAS, the statute provided that no such improvements shall be made until the
Council has held a gublic hearin� on such improvements followin� mailed n�t.ice
and two publications thereof in the officia2 newspaper statin� time anci plaee of
the hearing, the general nature of the improvement, the estimated costs ttleren€,
and the area proposed to be assessed, in accordance with the law.
�-- NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount that a
public hearing be scheduied to consider City Project ��191, Chippenclale Avenue ,
Street Improvements to be held on Tuesday, 4ctober 4, 19�38 at 8:00 o'clock �.m.
in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
ADOPTED this 6th day of Septem�er, I988.
