Set Rezaning Hearing - O'Le�ry's Hills Fourth Additon Mr. Steve Broback, President of Parkview, Inc., Developer of the O'Leary's Hills Planned Unit Developrnent, has petitioned for rezoning of the proposed O'Leary's Hills Faurth Addition from Agrieulture to R-1 Single �amily Residential. Staff request that City Council set a Public Hearing to consider this rezoning for September 20, 1988 at $:OD p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. O'Leary's Hills Faurth is a 31 lot plat w$ich will he situated directly narth of O'Leary's Hills Third Addition abutting Shannon Parkway. The Flat is is in conformance with the O'Leary's Hills Planned Unit Development Plan/Preliminary Plat and Plans and SpecificaEion for Public Improvements have been completed. The final plat will be on the Sept, 20th agenda for action as wetL 4j, Set Preliminary PlatlRezoning Hearing for Gimerick Way William Jacobson Ass�ciates has submitfed a Preliminary Plat for Limerick Way a proposed 32 nnit rental tort�nhouse development whieh would be located on a single 2.75 acre lot immeadiately south of the Shannon Park Townhouses abutting Shannon Parkway. Mr. Jaeobson has also petitioned to have this pro�erty , rezoned from Agricniture to RM {Residential Multiple). Staff requested that a Pubiic Hearing be set for September 20, 1988 at 8:Q0 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible ta consider the above.
