PUBLIC HEARING
Shannon Parkway Excess Right-of-Way Vacatian
The Public Notice setting the Publie Hearing for the vacation of excess right-of-
way on Shannon Parkway was not sent out in time to meet the legal requirements.
Staff has notified interested parties, LeRoy rtullikin and Bill 3acobson.
Recommended action for Council to take would be to set a new hearing on dctober
18,. 1988 at 8:00 p.m.
