RECONStDERATION OF LIl41ERICK WAY REZONiNG
City Council is aware that the Rezoning o[ the }�roposed Limerick Way
Townhouse Dev�lopment did not carry due tc� an �rciinance rec�uirement that
rezonings must be approved l�y twa thircls vote �f council. Mr. Jac�bson (the
Devel��er) has provided Cauncil Meinber Wipp�rman with infc>rmatic�n detaiiinq
several possible modificatic�ns to the prop�sai in orcler to satisfy his cc�neerns
regarding the project's site plan. It is the understanciing c�(' City Staff that
Cc�uncil Memher Wipperman may initiate reconsideration of the rezoning of
Limerick Way if his concerns have been satisfied. Rezoning of Limerick Way has
becn nut on the agenda for the netaher 4th meeUng hut may he remc�ved �ric>r
to the meeting if progress has nnt been made in recai<<ing this issuc.
