A RESOLUTION AM�NDING RESOLUTION 1988-1
(A RESOLUTiON NAMING DEP�SITORIES/FINANCIAL
; INSTITUTIONS FOR CITY FUNDS)

� WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount did adopt
i Resolution 1988-1 naming certain banking agencies as
j depositories for City Funds, and
;
' WNEREAS, there is need ta name additional agencies as
� Official Depasitories.

- NOdd THEREFQRE Bf IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
Gity of Rosemount does hereby amend Resolution 1988-1 to
include as designated dep4sitories for City Funds, any
Certificates of Deposit purchased fr�m any FDIC or FSLIC
insured institution using Juran & Maody, Inc or Witt
' Financial as its agent/broker, provided that at no time sha11
i the amount on deposit, including accrued interest, be allowed
� to exceed $1Q0,000 at any ane institutian.
