Re: Special City Conncil/HRA Meeting
At the special ARA meeting, held 10-I3-88, I had an opportunitq
. to discuss the ideas brought forth to pou in a memo dated
September 16, 1988, concerning certain changes in city staff and
HRA staff and activities. This brief discussian allowed all of
us to bring out the initia;�. reaction, which seemed very posit�ve,
to those recommendationa. �
To a11ow further discussion and consideration of these
recommendations, by both the Citp Couneil and the HRA Board, I
request that a special City Council/HRA Mee�ing be held at b:30
P.M. on Tuesdap the lst of November. The HRA Board has concurred
with this. Fo1loWing discussion at that m�etin� the HRA Board ia
prepared to take the necessarp aetion to make the changes to
designate the change in adminietration of the HRA as recommended
in my memo at 9-16-$8.
T request then qour approval to set this special meeting.
