LiMERICK WAY FINAL PLAT
Attached to this review is a copy of the Limerick Way Final Plat. Copies af the
revised site plan and landscaping plan for tl�e project have been sent to the
Mayor and Council �Members by the Deveioper. The Final Plat complies ta ail
requirements of the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, The site/tandsca�ing
plans have in�orporated the changes requested by Councii Member Wipperman and
City Staff and will be reviewed by the Planning Camtnission at their October
18th meeting.
1 would recommend that the City Counci# a}��rove the Limerick Way Fina1 Plat
subject to an executed Subdivision bevelopment Contract.
