RE: Agenda Publication
Pursuant to direction given to staff at last city council meeting
research has been accomplished as to the publication of the City
Council agenda. It will be possible to get' the agenda published
in the "This Week" , that gets delivered to residents on Sundays
� before council meetings . It� order to get this publication we
� have to have the agend,� to the paper by Wednesday before the
� publication day. This will be accomplished because the
! preliminary agendas "are set during our department head mee�ings
j on Tuesday prior to council meetings.

� We alsa have an indication from Star Cable that if we submit the
i ' agenda to them they will run it between programs on the pub3.ic
E access channel. We will follow up on this 'option also to see haw
