; A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRIGTIUNS ON
� S.A.P. 208-106-04 (SHANNON PARKWAY) FRQM
DEARBORN A�E TO CONEMARRA TRAIL
' IN THE GITY OF ROSEMOUNT, MINNES4TA

� WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has submitted to the Commissioner of
i Transportation the plans and specifications for the improvement of I�ISAS 106
(Shannon Parkway) from Dearborn Path to Connemara Trail, and
�
� WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount will be expending Piunicipal State Aid Funds on the
�
improvement of this Street, and
WIiEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width €or parking on both
sides of the street, approval of the proposed construction as a Alunicipal State
� Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking
restrictions.
�
�� NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said City of Rosemount shall ban the parking
� _ of motor vehicles on the east and west sides of AtSAS 106' (Shannon Parkway) from
� Dearborn Path to Connemara Trail at all times.
�
� ADOPTED this 1Sth day of November, 1988.

IN THE CiTY OF ROSEMOUNT, MINNESQTA

WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has suhmitted to the Commissioner of
Transportation the plans and specifications for the improvement o£ TtSAS 104
� fConnemara Trail) from Darwin Way to 0.26 miles east, and

; WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount wi11 be expending Alunicipal State Aid Funds on the
improvement of this Street, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both
sides of the street, approval af the proposed construction as a Afunicipal State
� Aid Street project must therefore be canditioned upon certain parking
� zestrietions.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said City of Rosemonnt shall ban the parking
1 i of motox vehicles on the north and south sides of P1SAS 1Q4 (Gonnemara Trai1) from
Darwin Way to 0.2b miles east at all times.

� WHEREAS, the Gity vf Rosemount has submitted to the Commissioner of
Transportation the plans and speci�icatians for the improvement of AISAS 106
� �Shannon Parkway) from Connemara Trail to 0,27 miles north af Connemara Trail,
� and
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount will be expending Ptun%cipal State-Aid Funds on the
I improvement of this Street, and
� WHEREAS, the approved ptunicipal State-Aid standards as appl.icable to this project
j Iimit and restrict a11 parking to that which is. parallel with the curb.

iNOW THEREFORE BE IT RESQLVED, that said Gity of Rosemount shall require that
� parking of all motor vehicles on the east and west sides o£ AiSAS 106 (Shannon
I Parkway) from Connemara Trail to 0.27 miles north be paralle2 with the curb in
� � accordance with State-Aid Standards.
