Finnegan, owner of Parcel ��012-88 loeated in the northeast corner of Cimarron Avenue and Dodd Boulevard (refer to attaehed sketch) required twenty additional feet from Pir. Goldman, the owner of Parcel #013-88 which borders Atr. Finnegans parcel to the east and north. The twenty fvot strip of land immediately east of rir. Finr►egans pareel was needed because the survey of the parcel revealed that the driveway to this parcel was actually Ioeated on rir. Goldmans praperty. In order to resolve this situation Ptr. Finnegan has worked an arrangement out with rtr. Galdman in which Pir. Goldman has a�reed to convey a twenty foot strip adjacent to Ptr. Finnegans property to rtr. Finnegan. However, be€ore Atr. Finnegan can record this the Council must authorize the lot split for Air. Galdman. Public Works and Planning Departments do not haue any problems with this groposed lot split. The City will be platting rtr. Goldman and Ptr. �'innegans property a�long with property immediately west of Cimarxon Avenue in the next two to three months. The reason for this platting is because the City does not have any dedicated easement for Cimarron Avenue between Dodd Boulevard and 145th Street. Pir. Goldman and Atr. Finnegan are in agreement to dedicating the public right-of- way for their portion of Cimarron Avenue if the City would proceed and pay for _ the platting of this property.
