The City's offer or� the armory site has formatly been acce}�ted. The next ohli�atinn
of the City is to assist the existing renter of the [armhouse in i'indin� a new
residence. The timing of chis became critical this week, when the tenant infc�rmed the
City the furnace is not functioning properly. White the repair of this is sdill the
responsibili[y of the cnrrent awner, we reatized avaiding unnecessary expenses is in
everyone's best interest.
We have always intended tv utilize the services of the Dakota County HRA for
relocation assistance, and we have already begun immediate c�nsultation wilb the
tenant. Because this activity is n�t as:5ociated with �ny curxent �rc.�rams �ve'rc
