RE; Liquo� License Renewals for 1989
The following businesses have submitted their applica�tons for renew�l
o� liquor licenses:
Kady' s Restaurant & Saloon, Ine. : On-Sale �nc� Siznday On-SaZe
City Limits Lanes & Lounge, Inc. : On-5ale anc� Sunday On-Sale
Shenanigan' s: On-Sale, Sunday On-Sale and Off-Sale
Rose�nount VFWt Club On-Saie and Sunday On-Sa1.�
Rasemount American Legion: Club On-Sale and Sunda� On-Sale.
To date all the above liguor establishments have also submitted the
required application fees, bond and certificate of insurance except the
American Legion. Steve Toombg, agent for the American Legion, has
adv3sed St. Paul Insurance Campanies will be mailing the b4red this
date.
Therefore, I recommend the liquor renewals for Kady' s, City Limi�s,
Shenanigan' s and Rosemaunt VFW be �approveci, and the application renewal
for the Ameri,can Legion be approved subject to receipt o€ the $5,OU0
bond.
