This workshop is a much -condensed version of the Ethics in Public P•ticy Seminar offered to selected applicants at the Humphrey Institute. Materials/case studies have been adapted to focus specifically on city situations. Note: Although conflict of interest presents ethical considerations, this workshop will be much broader in scope than strict .legalities and is therefore an excellent complement to the legal discussion of that topic included in the Conference for Newly Elected+ Officials that will take place the following day.
