SUBJ: Cigarette License for 1987
Attached is an application submitted by D.V.M., Inc. to sell
cigarettes at the American Legion Club. The $12.00 fee has
been paid. This should be the last of the cigarette license
renewals for this year.
This item is under the January 6, 1987 Consent Calendar for
your approval.

TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMOUNT IN THE COUNTY OF
DAKOTA, STATE OF MINNESOTA:
The undersigned resident of the City of St. Paul
in the County of Ramsey , State of Minnesota, HEREBY
MAKES APPLICATION FOR LICENSE to be issued to D.V.M., Inc
to sell cigarettes and cigarette papers and wrappers at retail
at American Legion Club, 14590 Burma Avenue, Rosemount, MN
in the City of Rosemount in said county and state for the term
of one year, beginning with the first day of January, 19 87 ,
subject to the Paws of the State of Minnesota and the ordinances
and regulations of said City of Rosemountpertainingthereto, and
herewith deposit $12.00 in payment of the fee therefor.
