Subject: Release of Funds
The 1987 Rosemount Leprechaun Days Committee is requesting that the
City Council of Rosemount release to the committee the `3000.00 that
the City annually contributes For use by the Committee.
[lost of the money is used to buy Fireworks and pay For insurance.
This year as was the case last year, the Committee can receive a 15%
discount on Fireworks For early payment. What this really does is
allows the Committee to buy an additional 15`e more Fireworks.
Insurance cost For the Fireworks and other events of Leprechaun, Days
is also paid For out of this money.
This year the Committee will be sending out a letter asking local
residents to help with additional Funding. It cost about $50100.00 to
run the week long community event.
Thanks to you and all the City's StaFF this years Leprechaun Days
will tole place.
Leprechaun Days will run From Saturday,July Lath to Saturday, July
25th.
