I am_ a United States Citizen and the duly qualified Clerk of the
City of Rosemount, Minnesota.
On April 10, 1987, acting on behalf of the said City, I posted at
the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West a copy of the attached
notice of public hearing.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount will conduct a Public Hearing at 8:00 p.m., Tuesday,
April 21, 1987, at the Rosemount City Hall, 2875 145th Street West.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on a partial
_street vacation, affection the southerly 33 feet of Dodd Boulevard
right of 'way from 60 feet southwesterly of the intersection of
Delft Avenue with Dodd Boulevard to the north right of way of
County State Aid Highway Number 42.
Anyone desiring to be heard with reference to this request for
street vacation will be heard at this meeting.
