CITY OF ROSEMOUNT - RESOLUTION 1987- A RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF THE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS TO SHANNON PARK 1ST ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount received a petition for utility improvements to the area known as Shannon Park 1st Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council had received and accepted the feasibility report on City Project #174; and WHEREAS, the City Council has called and held a required public hearing on May 5, 1987 to receive input on the project. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders utility improvements to the Shannon Park 1st Addition under Project #174. Notary Public 0 • _ rienu FILES 19 10 CITY OF ROSEMOUNT RESOLUTION 1987- A RESOLUTION CAUSING AN EASEMENT VACATION WHEREAS, the City Council at its Regular Meeting of April 7, 1987 received a petition for vacation of a drainage easement described as follows, to -wit: The 50 foot wide drainage easement located'within Lot 4, Block 3, Rosemount Hills Third Addition. WHEREAS, a public hearing was scheduled and held on the 5th day of May, 1987 after due publication as required by law, and all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard; and WHEREAS, it appears tht it will be for the best interest of the City of Rosemount to 'vacate said drainage easement and the drainage easement will be replaced with a drainage easement described as follows so as to insure continuous public service.' NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following drainage easement is hereby vacated• (1) The south 30 feet of said Lot 4. (2) The west 20 feet of said; Lot 4. (3) Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence east along the north line thereof a distance of 70 feet; thence southwesterly to a point on the west line of said Lot 4 distant 100 feet south of said northwest corner; thence north along said west line "a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning.
