On April 24, 1987, acting on behalf of the said City, I posted at
the CityHall, 2875 145th Street West, and deposited in the
United States Post Office of Rosemount, Minnesota, copies of the
attached notice of public hearings, enclosed in sealed envelopes,
with postage thereon fully prepaid, addressed to the persons
lasted on the attached listings at the addresses listed with
their names.
There is delivery service by United States Mail between the place
of mailing and the places so addressed.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City Council of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public
Hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 1987, in the Council Chambers of
the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, beginning at 8:00
p.m. and continuing until the following item has been heard:
The purpose of this hearing is to consider and receive
comments on the following improvement - Broback '
Industrial Park Street Improvements, Project 170:
The total estimated cost of said improvement is
$77,100.
The amount to be assessed is estimated to not exceed
$77,100.
The area proposed to be assessed for the foregoing
improvements would be Lots 1-4, Block 1 and Lots 1-5,
Block 2, Broback Industrial Park Addition.
Such person as desires to be heard with reference to the
proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. Written
or oral opinions will'be considered.
Dated this 17th day of April, 1987.

A RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF
THE STREET IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE
AREA KNOWN AS BROBACK INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a
petition for street improvements to the area known Broback Industrial
Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the feasibility
report on City Project #170; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has called for and held the required public
hearing on May 5, 1987 to receive input on the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount hereby orders the street improvements in Broback Industrial
Park under Project #170.
ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1987.

WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the feasibility
report on City Project #170; and
WHREAS the City Council has called for and held a required public
hearing on May 5, 1987 to receive input on this project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount hereby orders plans and specifications for the construction of
street improvements to the Broback Industrial Park site under City
Project #170.
