Stephan Jilk, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
I am a United States Citizen and the duly qualified Clerkof
the City of Rosemount, Minnesota.
On May 6, 1987, acting on behalf of the said City, I posted
at the City Hall, '2875 145th Street West, and deposited in
the United States Post Office, Rosemount, Minnesota, copies
of the attached notice of a public hearing for O'Leary's
HillsPreliminary Plat/Concept PUD, enclosed in sealed
envelopes, with postage thereon fully prepaid, addressed to
the persons listed on the attached listings at the addresses
listed with their names.
There is delivery service by United States Mail between the
place of mailing and the places so addressed.

Public Improvements Petition
Dear Sirs:
Parkview, Inc. petitions to the City of Rosemount to design, install
and assess public improvements consisting of streets, curbs,
sanitary sewer and water in the O'Leary's Hills Third Addition, a
single family subdivision in the City of Rosemount. Parkview, Inc.
to do the off site grading.
Parkview, Inc. agrees to pay the City's out of pocket expenses in
the planning of this project. We are anticipating a summer start
and completion of utilities during the 1987 construction season. We
are looking forward to working with the City on this project.
