Stephan Jilk, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
I am a United States Citizen and the duly qualified Clerk of
the City of Rosemount, Minnesota.
On May 6, 1987, acting on behalf of the said City, I posted
at the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, and deposited in
the United States Post ;Office, Rosemount, Minnesota,, copies
of the attached notice of a public hearing for the West Ridge
Additions PUD Final Development plan, enclosed in sealed
envelopes, with postage thereon fully prepaid, addressed to
the persons listed on the attached listings at the addresses
listed with their names.
There is delivery service by United States Mail between the
place of mailing and the places so addressed.

PUBLIC NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council of the City of
Rosemount will hold a series of Public Hearings on Tuesday,
May 19, 1987, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875-
145th Street West, beginning at 8:00 p.m. and continuing
until the following items have been heard:
ITEM # 1•
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the petition of
Koch Refining Co. for rezoning the following described
parcels from AG Agriculture to IGEN General Industry:
The South half of Northwest Quarter of Section 24,
Township 115, Range 19, except the right-of-way of
the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company.
All of that part of the S.1/2 of the N.E. 1/4 of
Section 14, Township 115, Range 19 lying between
the right-of-way of C.R.I. & P RR, and Rich Valley
Boulevard.
Those portions of Section 13 and 14 and the NW 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, Township 115, Range 19
lying East of Rich Valley Boulevard (Dakota County
Highway NO. 71) and lying West of the Chicago
Northwestern Transportation Company Right of Way.
ITEM # 2:
This hearing is The,purpose of this hearing is to consider the West Ridge

this notice. the rezoning of property from AG Agriculture to R-1 Single
Family, property described as West Ridge 2nd Addition.
ITEM # 3:
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the revised
O'Leary's Hills Preliminary Plat/Concept PUD on property
located in the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section
31, Township 115, Range 19.

The purpose of this hearing is to consider the South Robert
Square Preliminary Plat, located on Lots 19-24, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 1,
ITEM # 5:
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the Wensmann Homes
Preliminary Plat/Concept PUD on property described as the
South Fifty (50) acres of the East Half of the Northwest
Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 31, Township 115, Range 19.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to any of
these hearings will be heard at this time.
