Upon completion of the testing procedure, I recommend hiring Bryan
Burkhalter as a full-time Rosemount Police Officer; starting date
of June 21, 1987.
Background information on Bryan: born and raised in Rosemount,
graduate of Rosemount Senior High School (1983), Associate Degree
from Inver Hills Community College (June, 1985), completed Peace
Officer Basic Course including skills and academics (July, 1985),
member of Rosemount Police Reserve and Rosemount Volunteer Fire
Department. Bryan has also belonged to Cub Scouts, 4-H and his
Church Youth Group.
Starting salary per Union contract for 0 to 12 months: $1,869.37
per month.
