PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
AND SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT dated , 1987, between the CITY
OF ROSEMOUNT, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "City"), and
U.S. HOME CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the "Developer").
1. Revised Planned Unit Development Approval. The City
has previously approved a Planned Unit Development for "COUNTRY
HILLS" (the "plat"), by Agreement dated July 22, 1986. Except to
the extent that it is specifically modified by this Agreement, the
Agreement dated July 22, 1986, shall remain in full force and effect.
2. Minimum Lot Width. Except in Country Hills First Addition,
the minimum lot width, measured at the front yard setback line,
of all lots in the plat is 70 feet south of Connemara Trail and
75 feet north of Connemara Trail.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their
hands the day and year first above written.
