to the recorded plat thereof; thence North 0 degrees 15 minutes
47 seconds East (assumed bearing) along the west line of said South-
west Quarter a distance of 756.15 feet; thence on a bearing of
East a distance of 210.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 15 minutes
47 seconds West a distance of 16.14 feet; thence on a bearing of
East a distance of 130.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 15 minutes
47 seconds West a distance of 90.00 feet; thence on a bearing of
East a distance of 412.95 feet; thence South 60 degrees 27 minutes
00 seconds East a distance of 269.03 feet; thence South 29 degrees
33 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 70.00 feet; thence South
60 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 175.00 feet;
thence South 29 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of
57.61 feet; thence on a bearing of East a distance of 385.76 feet;

36.17 feet; thence southerly 212.19 feet along a tangential curve
concave to the east, radius of 188.59 feet and a central angle

feet to the easterly extension of the north line of said WEST RIDGE

of beginning.
