RESOLUTION 1987-
A RESOLUTION CAUSING A SIMPLE LOT DIVISION
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has received a request for a
simple lot division on Lot 2, Block 2, South Rose Park Addition
Replat; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the city of Rosemount has
recommended approval of said lot division.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of Rosemount approves the division of Lot 2, Block 2, South Rose
Park Addition Replat, resulting in the following described parcels:
All that part of Lot 2, Block 2, SOUTH ROSE PARK
ADDITION REPLAT, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota, which lies East of
the east line of Lot 1, said Block 2; and lying North of
a line drawn parallel with and 288.88 feet North of the
south line of said Lot 2.
The North 144.44 feet of the South 288.88 feet of Lot
