5c`. Approve Final Payment -Erickson Park Irrigation
The Contractor, Albrecht Companies, has completed all the work required
for the installation of the irrigation system for softball fields #4 &
5 and the soccer field, including the work approved by Council for
Change Order #1.
I -have not yet received asbuilt record plan drawings of the system,
therefore I am recommending that this payment be approved and released
pending my receipt of the asbuilt plans.
The system is working very well thus far. For Councils information, we
are averaging about 38,000 gallons of water per watering with this
system.
