A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
O'LEARY'S HILLS THIRD ADDITION FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has approved the O'Leary's Hills
Third Addition preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, a PUD Final Development Plan for O'Leary's Hilts has
been approved by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount has
recommended approval of the O'Leary's Hills Third Addition final
plat.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of Rosemount hereby approves the O'Leary's Hills Third Addition
final plat, subject to an executed Subdivision Development
Agreement.
Adopted this 21st day of July, 1987.
