RE: Building inspection Agreement/City of Coates
Attached is a copy of the current agreement between the City of Coates
and the City of Rosemount for providing building inspection services to
the City of Coates by our inspectors. The City of Coates has requested
its renewal with a change of payment to semi-annual instead of monthly.
Based upon the number of permits issued and the dollar amounts involved,
1 would recommend that change be approved but also changing the 75
payment to 80% to offset waiting for the payment.
A motion to approve the contract with these changes would be in order.
