The following person has completed all requirements of the
Rosemount Fire Department to become a probationary member on
a one year trial basis. The Department is seeking Council
approval to accept this person in that capacity.

Re: Removal of Fire Fighter from Department
Gate: July 31 1987
At the July meeting of the Rosemount Fire Department the
members voted to terminate the membership of Ken Hughley
with the Rosemount Fire Department.
He has been on the department serving his one year
probationary term. During this time he has moved out of
state and has only been active for about three of the twelve
months.
He has turned in all of his gear and has no further interest
in retaining his membership. Since we are unable to get a
resignation from him we are moving to remove him rather than
accepting his resignation.
We look to the Cit;• Council to ratify this action.
