RESOLUTION 1987-
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING DATES FOR THE REGULAR
CITY ELECTION AND DECLARING COUNCIL VACANCIES
TO BE PLACED ON THE REGULAR CITY ELECTION BALLOT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount did adopt Ordinance
No. IM on June 4, 1974, call ing for Regular City Elections to be held
on odd numbered years; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount did adopt Resolution
1975-44, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE HOURS FOR POLLING PLACES FOR
LOCAL ODD YEAR ELECTIONS; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount did adopt Resolution
1981-36, A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 1975-44, changing the hours
for polling places; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has designated
precinct boundaries and precinct polling places within said precincts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of !
Rosemount ordains:
1. The Regular City Election will be held on Tuesday, the 3rd
day of November, 1987, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock
a.m. and 8:00 p.m,
2. Council positions to be placed on the ballot are:
a. Mayor for two (2) year term.
b. Two (2) council positions for four (4) year terms.
Incumbents Tucker and Willard.
ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1981.
